₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (Depending on Experience) ### Job Summary Solarinertia Power Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for solar projects and day-to-day operations. The candidate will be responsible for vendor sourcing, purchase order management, price negotiations, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services. ### Key Responsibilities Source and evaluate vendors and suppliers for solar equipment, electrical components, and other materials.

Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.

Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) and track order status.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Maintain records of purchases, invoices, quotations, and supplier agreements.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and project teams for procurement requirements.

Verify purchase bills, delivery challans, and material receipts.





Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Prepare procurement reports, MIS reports, and purchase analysis. ### Required Skills Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.

Good knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Robust analytical and documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines. ### Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Experience in the Solar, Electrical, EPC, Manufacturing, or Engineering industry will be preferred. Benefits:
