About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Back Office Coordinator / Client Support Executive to join our team.

The candidate will communicate with our hospital and clinic clients, understand their concerns, coordinate with the internal technical team, and ensure software-related complaints are properly followed up and resolved.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients
- Understand and resolve client queries related to UNIDOC software
- Register, track and follow up on software complaints/issues
- Coordinate with the technical/development team for issue resolution
- Follow up with clients until the issue is completely resolved
- Provide basic software guidance and support
- Maintain proper records of complaints, calls and client communication
- Coordinate client onboarding and training activities
- Ensure timely communication and a positive client experience




- Escalate critical or technical issues to the appropriate team

Requirements ✅ 2–3 years of experience in customer support, software support, back office coordination, client coordination, or similar roles

✅ Positive communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English

✅ Comfortable handling client calls and complaints

✅ Basic computer and software knowledge

✅ Strong follow-up and coordination skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple client issues

✅ Patient, responsible and solution-oriented approach

✅ Experience with healthcare/hospital software will be an added advantage
