- To check the quality of Raw Material including cement, aggregates, sand, admixtures, water, and mineral additives.
- Monitor concrete production, batching accuracy, water-cement ratio, workability, temperature, and other quality parameters.
- Conduct slump, cube, temperature, density, and other relevant tests for fresh and hardened concrete.
- Ensure proper sampling, identification, curing, testing, and record keeping of concrete cubes.
- Analyze cube test results and monitor compressive strength and quality trends.
- Maintain and update QC documentation, test reports, inspection records, calibration records, and quality registers.
