- Strong experience in automation testing using Selenium and Playwright
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for automation scripting
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks (Hybrid, BDD, Data-driven, Playwright)
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools and frameworks (Postman/Rest Assured equivalent JS frameworks)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration (Azure DevOps/Jenkins)
- Experience in test case design, execution, and reporting
- Expertise in defect management and root cause analysis
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and QA processes
- Ability to lead teams and drive automation strategy across projects
Positive-to-Have
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Exposure to cloud-based test environments (Azure/AWS)
- BFSI/Insurance domain experience (preferred for RLG programs)
- Experience in service virtualization and mocking frameworks
- Familiarity with DevSecOps and quality gates in pipelines
- Exposure to mobile or cross-browser automation tools
