Nordavo is looking for a medior or senior Automation/AI Developer for a Dutch company that builds AI-driven automation for small and medium sized businesses.

The company builds n8n workflows and AI agents that take repetitive office work away from Dutch SME clients, so those clients can spend their time on growth instead of admin. Next to the client work there is AIOS, the in-house platform the team runs on. It already handles feedback automatically and is growing into a real client portal.

Your first project is the client ticket flow inside AIOS. Clients use it, so it has to work without fail. After that you build and maintain the links between n8n, Supabase and external systems, and you pick up internal automations wherever the team runs into errors or delays.

01 WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Build features in Next.js and TypeScript for AIOS and for client projects
- Build and maintain n8n workflows and the links between n8n, Supabase and external systems
- Turn existing n8n workflows into custom code where that runs faster or cheaper
- Own Supabase: schemas, RLS policies and migrations, all version controlled in the repo
- Make what you build testable and check it yourself before it goes live
- Ship to production through pull requests
- Gather and sharpen the specification before you start building
- Work carefully with client data, because it is real client data in these systems

We build with AI tooling every day. Claude Code, Codex and whatever comes next. That is the standard here, not an experiment.

The condition is simple. You can explain, review and correct every line in the repo, whether you typed it or a model did.



Speed comes from AI. Quality comes from you.

Testing is not formalised here yet. Setting that up is part of the job, starting with the code you write yourself.

- JavaScript and TypeScript

- Git, with pull requests reviewed by the founder
- Claude Code, Codex and comparable AI development tools

No own servers and no Docker. Everything runs on Vercel. 04 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Several years of hands-on Next.js and TypeScript in production
- Experience with n8n or comparable workflow automation
- Strong Supabase or Postgres. You write your own schemas, RLS policies and migrations and keep them version controlled, instead of clicking them together in a dashboard
- Daily use of AI development tools, with you staying accountable for whatever ends up in the repo
- You work independently. The founder reviews your pull requests at a high level. He is technical, but not a full time developer, so nobody is looking over your shoulder
- You ask about the specification early instead of guessing at what was meant
- A security minded way of working. You work with the anon key, production keys stay with the founder




- You communicate clearly in English, including when something is not finished yet

05 PRACTICAL

- Fulltime, 40 hours per week
- Working from Nordavo's office in Indiranagar, Bangalore, alongside an international team
- You work with the Dutch team during their working day, so a good part of your hours overlaps with the Netherlands
- Compensation depending on experience and level, discussed in the first call
