Role Description The Audit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and reviewing financial audits, including risk assessments, testing of controls, and verification of financial data.

The Audit

Manager will oversee audit teams, coordinate fieldwork, and ensure that audit procedures align with professional standards and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, identifying process improvements, preparing clear audit reports, and communicating findings and recommendations to management and clients. The role also involves mentoring junior staff,



maintaining documentation, and contributing to the development of internal audit methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Accounting, with a solid understanding of core financial principles and practices.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Audits, including preparation, review, and compliance assessment.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and evaluate risks and controls.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present audit findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent, or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in audit or assurance, ideally in a managerial or team lead capacity.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple engagements, meet deadlines, and uphold high ethical and professional standards.
