Job Designation: Senior / Silicon Validation Engineer OR Test Engineer

What you'll do

· Develop and maintain test programs using Advantest SmarTest 7 or 8 software.

· Support silicon characterization and debug at various PVT corners.

· Define and debug hardware setups like Loadboards and Probe Cards.

· Optimize test time, yield, and coverage for cost reduction.

· Manage protocols for high-speed interfaces and built-in self-tests.

Who you are

· Experienced with Advantest V93000 or V93K OR ATE platform and SmarTest environments.(Verigy-V93K)

· Proficient in C/C++ and skilled in scripting with Python, Java, or Perl.

· Knowledgeable in DC/AC and digital testing concepts.

· Familiar with data analysis tools, such as JMP and Spotfire.

· Comfortable working in a Linux environment.

· Experienced with high-speed I/O and HBM device testing.
