We are seeking a skilled Telephony Developer with expertise in Asterisk AGI, LAMP stack, and Cloud technologies, along with a proven track record of building cloud-based contact center solutions.

In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain telephony systems that integrate seamlessly with various applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Asterisk AGI Development: Build and maintain custom AGI scripts to enhance telephony functionalities, call routing, and system integrations.
- LAMP Stack Development: Utilize Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP to develop robust and scalable telephony applications.
- Cloud Integration: Design and implement telephony solutions leveraging cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) for seamless integration with contact center platforms.
- API Integration: Integrate telephony systems with other applications/services through well-defined APIs to optimize performance and functionality.
- System Maintenance: Conduct regular updates, maintenance,



and troubleshooting of telephony systems to ensure reliability and uptime.
- Collaboration: Partner with software developers, system administrators, and support teams to achieve project goals and deliver quality solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, APIs, and integrations to support future development.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Telephony Developer with proven expertise in Asterisk AGI and LAMP stack.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Asterisk, AGI scripting, and telephony protocols. || Strong understanding of Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP. || Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Cloud).|| Familiarity with API development and integration.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. || Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability. || Adaptability to evolving technologies and industry trends.
