Role Description The Asstt Manager HR role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.

The person in this role will support performance management processes, coordinate trainings, handle employee engagement initiatives, and assist in policy implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing attendance and payroll inputs, ensuring statutory compliance, addressing employee queries, and partnering with leadership to support a positive,



safe, and productive work setting.

Qualifications

- Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and HR documentation.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement activities, and training coordination.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software, MS Office tools, and basic data reporting and analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an HR role within manufacturing, chemicals, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
