Responsibilities

Qualification for Asst. Special Educators

- Assess children's learning abilities and identify areas requiring educational support.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Conduct one-on-one and small-group remedial sessions based on each child's needs.
- Adapt teaching methods and learning materials to suit different learning abilities.
- Monitor, document, and evaluate each child's progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Work closely with teachers, caregivers, counsellors,



and therapists to ensure a coordinated approach to each child's development..
- Support children in developing communication, social, behavioural, and independent living skills, where required.
- Maintain a secure, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Special Education.
- Fresher and experience working with children with developmental delays and learning difficulties

.Key Skills

- Knowledge of special education practices and remedial teaching techniques.
- Strong observation, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a child-centred approach.
