Role: Assistant Production – Microbiologist

Experience: 2–5 years in microbiology/production

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing day-to-day microbiology production activities.
- Handle production processes as per SOPs and quality standards.
- Perform and monitor microbiological testing and analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation, batch records and production reports.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and production teams.
- Monitor production schedules, raw materials and inventory.
- Identify and troubleshoot production-related issues.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and aseptic conditions.
- Support the Production Manager in achieving daily production targets.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Microbiology and laboratory techniques.
- Understanding of SOPs, GMP and quality control procedures.
- Positive documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle laboratory and production equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
