- Conduct business valuations for companies across various industries using 409A .Impairment / PPA (Price-to-Earnings-Multiple) and OPM (Operating Profit Multiples) methods.
- Develop detailed reports on company valuations, including financial analysis and market research.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions for their business requirements.
- Provide expert advice on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in business valuation or related field.
- Robust understanding of company valuation techniques such as PPA and OPM methods.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
