- Responsible for business development and sales growth across the South India region.
- Manage Chennai warehouse operations, including stock monitoring, inventory control, and timely identification/indenting of material requirements to Head Office.
- Prepare and submit monthly stock reports to Head Office and the Accounts Department.
- Prepare and submit regular MIS reports related to sales performance, receivables, collections, and other key sales parameters.
- Coordinate and monitor product trials in the South region and prepare and submit monthly trial reports, including trial status and outcomes.
- Ensure timely follow-up and collection of outstanding receivables from customers across the South India region.
- Inspect damaged materials, assess the condition,



and promptly report the details to Head Office for further action.
- Ensure timely execution and dispatch of customer orders, including coordination and arrangement of vehicles for local supplies.
- Prepare and submit a comprehensive monthly MIS report covering sales, business development, receivables, trials, stock, order execution, and other assigned responsibilities.
- Maintain effective coordination with Head Office, customers, warehouse personnel, accounts, logistics, and other concerned departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and operational activities.
