Job Summary we are looking for an experienced Sales skilled to drive business development, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability for the Bangalore branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies.
- Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve assigned sales and profit targets.
- Develop new business and expand existing customer accounts.
- Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and industry associations.
- Coordinate with Pricing, Operations, Warehouse, and CHB teams for business support.
- Manage customer visits, negotiations, credit, and receivables.
- Drive customer retention and business growth.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.
Requirements
- Graduate; MBA / Logistics / Supply Chain preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sales.
- Experience in Ocean/Air Freight, NVOCC, Customs Clearance, or Transportation preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
- Good knowledge of logistics operations and documentation.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Target-oriented, energetic, self-motivated, and a good team player.
