This role is responsible for supporting and managing core accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, payment follow-ups, bank reconciliation, and maintenance of financial records. The Executive will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and proper documentation. The position will also involve monitoring outstanding payments, assisting with month-end closing, preparing financial reports, and supporting audit and compliance requirements.

The Executive will contribute to maintaining accurate financial data, resolving account-related queries, and improving accounting processes for greater efficiency and transparency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should have a good understanding of accounting principles, financial transactions,



and basic financial reporting.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in AP, AR, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and general accounting activities.
- Candidates should possess good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to review financial information and identify discrepancies.
- Candidates should have solid Communication and Coordination Skills to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Candidates should be proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities within deadlines.
