Role summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate to support the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects. You will work closely with SunAct Management teams as well as external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key responsibilities

1. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.

2. Assist in developing project schedules, defining milestones, and tracking progress using relevant project management tools.

3. Act as a bridge between internal teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements.

4. Maintain the project risk register and escalate bottlenecks to leadership before they impact delivery timelines.

5. Support project leaders in tracking team bandwidth and resource utilization rates.





6. Lead project planning, coordination, task and timeline management, cross-functional team collaboration, workflow improvement, follow-ups, and risk identification.

Required skills

1. 0-2 years of project management experience

2. Prior experience of working in an early-stage startup

3. Bachelors Degree in Management or Engineering

3. Confident when juggling multiple stakeholders, objectives and deadlines

- Based in MBC Park, Thane

- Onsite job with alternate Saturdays off
