Role: Associate – Sales & Marketing

Experience: Freshers / 0–3 year

Locations: Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Chennai & Hyderabad

CTC: ₹7 LPA (₹5 LPA Fixed + ₹2 LPA Variable) + Travel Allowance

Probation: First 2 months – ₹25,000/month + Travel Allowance

Role Type: Full time | Field Sales | Travel involved

What you’ll do:

- Activate schools and promote UPRIO’s platform.
- Enroll students into free trial programs.
- Convert free users into paid subscribers.
- Build relationships with parents, students and schools.
- Handle follow-ups, renewals and customer engagement.

What we’re looking for:

- Good communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel.
- Enthusiastic freshers who are interested in Sales & Marketing.
