Role Description As an Associate Sales Manager, you will oversee field sales activities and support a team of sales representatives in achieving targets in the Gwalior region. This full-time, on-site role involves planning daily sales routes, visiting customers, presenting products or services, and negotiating pricing and terms.

You will monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure timely reporting of sales activities and market feedback. The role includes building and maintaining relationships with key accounts,



coordinating with internal departments for order processing and delivery, and tracking collections. You will also analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to local sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned goals.
