Senior Design Manager / Associate – Architecture /n Experience: 7–12 Years /n Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch /n Position: Senior Design Manager / Associate – Architecture /n Role Overview /n We are seeking an accomplished and design-driven Associate – Architecture to join our team for a prestigious large-scale commercial development . /n The successful candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design development, BIM modelling and coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires a strong understanding of large-scale commercial architecture, with the ability to effectively manage design deliverables and coordinate with project stakeholders. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead and oversee architectural design development for large-scale commercial projects.

/n

- Develop, manage, and review BIM models using Revit in accordance with project standards.

/n

- Lead BIM coordination with multidisciplinary consultants and project teams.

/n

- Review architectural drawings, models, and technical documentation to ensure quality and design consistency.

/n

- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to resolve design and technical issues.

/n

- Monitor design deliverables, timelines, and coordination requirements.

/n

- Ensure architectural design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

/n





- Provide technical and design guidance to project teams.

/n

- Support project leadership in delivering high-quality architectural solutions within agreed timelines.

/n /n Candidate Profile /n /n

- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.

/n

- 7–12 years of relevant professional experience in architecture.

/n

- Proven experience in large-scale commercial projects is mandatory .

/n

- Experience in shopping malls / retail developments will be an added advantage.

/n

- Strong hands-on expertise in BIM Modelling and BIM Coordination .

/n

- Advanced proficiency in Revit Architecture .

/n

- Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) will be an advantage.

/n

- Strong understanding of architectural design development, documentation, coordination, and project execution.

/n

- Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

/n

- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced project environment.
