Role Description The Associate Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves coordinating day-to-day operations for household service programs, including scheduling and managing verified workers, ensuring service delivery standards, and resolving client issues promptly.

The Associate Program

Manager will track program performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and support process improvements to enhance reliability and consistency of services.

Responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams, contributing to service policies and workflows,



and assisting with onboarding and training initiatives for field staff.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in program or operations coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and process tracking.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with clients, workers, and internal teams.
- Experience with basic data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets or similar tools to monitor performance and service quality.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on managing multiple tasks and resolving issues in real time.
- Previous experience in operations, service delivery, facilities management, or consumer services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced on-site workplace in Bengaluru and collaborating with diverse teams.
