Finadore is a fast-growing wealth management and financial distribution company helping professionals, families and entrepreneurs make better financial decisions.

We are an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-300809) with a strong focus on goal-based investing, technology, client experience and long-term relationships. We are building the next phase of Finadore with a combination of financial expertise, technology, data and AI.

The Role

We are looking for an Associate Program Manager – Strategy & Operations who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems and turning ideas into execution.

This is not a traditional operations role. You will work closely with the leadership team across strategy, sales, marketing, client engagement, technology and operations . You will be expected to identify opportunities, analyse data, build solutions, coordinate with teams and drive initiatives from problem definition to execution and measurable outcomes .

If you enjoy asking “Why is this happening?”, “Can we do this better?” and “How do we scale this?” — this role could be for you.

What You'll Work On

- Analyse business, sales and customer data to identify opportunities and bottlenecks
- Improve customer acquisition, conversion and engagement funnels
- Build and improve processes, playbooks and operating systems
- Work on sales productivity, CRM and lead management initiatives
- Identify repetitive processes that can be automated using AI and technology
- Drive cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, operations and technology
- Conduct structured problem-solving and translate insights into actionable initiatives
- Experiment with new ideas, measure outcomes and iterate quickly
- Work closely with leadership on strategic projects and new business initiatives




- Take ownership of projects from diagnosis → solution → execution → measurement

You don't necessarily need years of experience. We are more interested in how you think, learn and execute .
