We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented legal professional to join our Corporate

Legal team. The ideal candidate will support the organization in handling day-to-day non-

litigation legal matters, including contract management, legal documentation, compliance support, and legal research. The role requires solid drafting skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and vet agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), vendor agreements, service agreements, consultancy agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Assist business teams in reviewing contractual terms and highlighting potential legal risks.
- Maintain and manage legal agreements, contract repositories, and legal records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain and validate legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with applicable corporate laws and internal policies.
- Assist in preparing legal notices, replies, declarations, affidavits, and other legal documents as required.




- Liaise with external legal counsel for documentation and routine legal matters.
- Track legal matters and ensure timely completion of documentation and approvals.
- Support internal and external audits by providing legal documents and records.

What we're looking for:

- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Legal or Non-Litigation roles.
- Good understanding of Contract Law, the Companies Act, and general corporate legal practices.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Background:

- Experience with NBFCs, FinTech companies, corporate legal departments, or law firms handling corporate advisory and commercial contracts.
- Exposure to contract lifecycle management and corporate compliance activities will be an added advantage.
