**Role Description The Associate will work full time on-site at the New Delhi office, supporting the firm’s litigation and advisory matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include legal research, drafting pleadings, petitions, written statements, applications, and legal opinions under supervision. The role involves attending court hearings, coordinating with counsels and clients, assisting in case preparation, and maintaining organized case files and documentation.

The Associate will also review and analyze documents, help with due diligence as needed,



and collaborate with senior team members to develop case strategy and ensure timely completion of assign ed tasks.

Qualifications

- Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and legal precedents
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings, petitions, contracts, notices, and other legal documents with attention to detail
- Ability to manage case files, coordinate with stakeholders, and handle multiple matters with sound time management
- Effective communication skills, including transparent written and verbal expression and professional client interaction
- LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution and enrollment with a Bar Council (or eligibility to enroll)
- Interest or prior exposure to Civil, Criminal, or Corporate Litigation is preferred
- High standards of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality, with willingness to learn and work in a team.
