Roles & Responsibilities - Associate Manager / Manager Audit & Governance (MAG)

- Develop and maintain the annual audit universe and risk-based audit plan.
- Conduct internal audits, process audits, operational audits, and special assignments across business functions.
- Review financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and governance standards.
- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and business risks; provide recommendations for process improvement and risk mitigation.
- Perform pre-audit reviews and monitor adherence to audit timelines and quality standards.
- Support Internal Financial Controls (IFC) testing and coordinate with external/co-sourced auditors for control assessments.
- Utilize SAP, Power BI, AI tools, and data analytics techniques to analyze business data and enhance audit effectiveness.
- Prepare audit reports, present observations to stakeholders, and track closure of audit findings.
- Monitor compliance status of audit observations and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with business teams, finance functions,



and leadership to strengthen governance and control frameworks.
- Participate in committee meetings and provide independent, objective insights on business processes and controls.
- Evaluate the performance of outsourced audit partners and ensure timely processing of related invoices and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the audit function by adopting technology-enabled audit practices.
- Maintain compliance with audit methodologies, organizational governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to capability building within the audit team.
