We are looking for an HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and documentation in a rapid-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding of employees.
2. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
3. Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
4. Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements and HR-related matters.
5. Assist in HR MIS, reports, and other administrative activities.
6. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
Qualification: Graduate in HR / Hospitality / Business Administration. Experience: 0–1 year in HR; hospitality experience preferred.
