Role Description The Associate Director Strategic Communications is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves leading the design and execution of strategic communication plans for clients, including messaging frameworks, corporate narratives, and positioning strategies. The associate director will oversee the development of press materials, manage media outreach, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communications.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing high-quality content, advising clients on reputation management, monitoring media and policy developments, and providing insights that inform communication strategies.



The role also includes mentoring junior team members, collaborating across practice areas, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Strategic Communications and Corporate Communications, with experience in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies.
- Candidates should possess proven Media Relations skills, including engaging with journalists, managing media queries, and supporting spokesperson preparation.
- Candidates should possess the ability to draft and manage Press Releases and related external communication materials for diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess excellent Writing skills, including the ability to produce transparent, concise, and persuasive content for executive and public audiences.
- Relevant experience in public affairs, government relations, or regulatory advisory, preferably within professional services or consulting environments.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities, with the ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in English; familiarity with regional languages and the Indian policy landscape is an advantage.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in communications, public policy, journalism, management, political science, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
