About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong SAP Project Management exposure to support business transformation initiatives and SAP S/4HANA-related projects. The role requires close collaboration with business, functional, technical, and delivery teams across multiple project workstreams. The candidate should have strong stakeholder management, analytical, documentation, and project coordination skills.

The role involves supporting SAP project management activities including planning, tracking, reporting, governance, and coordination across multiple workstreams. The candidate will gather and document business requirements, facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, and help ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.

The candidate will support process analysis, solution validation, UAT, and deployment activities for SAP S/4HANA initiatives.

Responsibilities also include preparing project dashboards, status reports, and stakeholder presentations, as well as tracking risks, issues, actions, backlogs, and delivery activities using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with business, functional, and technical teams.
- Support SAP Project Management activities including planning, tracking, reporting, and coordination.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across cross-functional project teams.
- Support process analysis, solution validation, UAT, and deployment for SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
- Prepare dashboards, status reports, presentations,



and project governance updates.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and actions using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable project deliverables.
- Manage multiple priorities and support timely delivery in a fast-paced project environment.

- PMP certification
- SAFe Agilist certification or working knowledge of Agile delivery practices
- Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA functional areas such as FICO, Supply Chain, and Go-to-Market (GTM)

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have 11–15 years of overall experience, with relevant experience as a Business Analyst with SAP Project Management exposure. The candidate should be comfortable working across business and technology teams, managing multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
