Role Summary

At Coforge, we are looking for a seasoned leader who can drive strategic account growth while ensuring seamless demand fulfillment and workforce governance across key customer accounts. This role requires a solid blend of sales, account management, delivery governance, and resource management expertise to support business growth, optimize workforce utilization, and strengthen executive-level customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Growth

- Drive renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities.
- Support customer discussions, staffing strategies, and pursuit activities.
- Contribute to pipeline reviews, revenue forecasting, and account planning.

Demand & Workforce Management

- Own demand-to-fulfillment governance and workforce planning.




- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Optimize utilization and hiring effectiveness.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

- Build strong relationships with customers, including executive stakeholders.
- Lead governance reviews, business discussions, and escalation management.
- Act as a trusted advisor between customer, sales, and delivery teams.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and executive stakeholder management.
- Proven exposure to Sales, account management, and delivery leadership.
- Expertise in demand forecasting, workforce planning, and resource fulfillment.
- Understanding of T&M; hiring models and associated fulfillment challenges.
- Ability to collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Recruitment, and Customer leadership teams.
