Role Description The Associate Compliance Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting compliance activities across PInterview’s online platform and operations. This role involves monitoring adherence to relevant regulations and internal policies, assisting with compliance risk assessments, and helping document and maintain compliance procedures.

The Associate Compliance

Analyst will review processes and records, support internal audits, and collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting and controls. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data for potential compliance issues, preparing summaries and reports, communicating findings to stakeholders,



and contributing to continuous improvement of compliance frameworks. The role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to ethical standards and data integrity.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in regulatory compliance, with the ability to understand and apply relevant laws, guidelines, and internal policies.
- Robust analytical skills to review data, identify trends, assess risks, and support informed decision-making.
- Effective communication skills to clearly document findings, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of finance and financial controls to support compliance monitoring and reporting.
- Auditing skills to assist with internal audits, process reviews, and testing of controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail when working with confidential information.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with online platforms, SaaS environments, or edtech services is beneficial.
- Proficiency with productivity tools and spreadsheets; experience with compliance or audit software is a plus.
