- Identify root causes (data quality, mapping, reference data, timing) and apply corrective actions.
- Amend and resubmit corrected reports within the required regulatory timeframe.
- Keep a clear audit trail of all remediation activities.

Daily & Monthly Reconciliation

- Perform daily reconciliation for SFTR and MiFID II (EU & UK) to detect missing, incorrect or duplicate reports, investigate breaks and implement remediation.
- For EMIR EU/UK and ASIC, reconcile internal data against the 3rd‑party provider’s output as part of oversight.

- Preserve documented evidence for audit and oversight.

Pairing & Matching

- Investigate and resolve unpaired or unmatched transactions across EU and UK regimes.

- Monitor and maintain high pairing and matching rates as a quality indicator.

Reporting to RTR Team

- Prepare and circulate daily statistics and dashboards (volumes, pairing/matching rates, accepted volumes, rejection rates, remediated volumes) for all jurisdictions.
- Highlight emerging issues, trends or risks in a timely, structured manner.

Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing

- Identify and escalate recurring issues; keep procedures, run‑books and knowledge base up‑to‑date.
- Cross‑train team members to maintain full interchangeability.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and contribute to impact assessments.
