- Strong in-depth work experience of RDBMS concepts and writing complex TSQL queries and procs.

- Good Experience in handling large database tables.

- Positive understading of optimizing large complicated SQL statements.

- Experience in deployment of code in various environments.

- Must have worked in an ETL tool (SSIS or Azure Data Factory prefrred).

- Knowledge of either of these skills is a big plus: PBI/SSRS/SSAS/Synapse.

- Indepth understanding of indexes,Backups/Restore, Isolation levels,Database design.

- Knowledge of security best practices and oversight of secure database coding.

- Capable of troubleshooting complex database issues.

- Familiar with tools like SQL Profiler/Third Part tools like RedGate.

- Maintain SQL Coding standards.

- Communication and organisation skills are keys for this position along with a problem-solution attitude.

- Knowledge of Powershell is a plus.
