Objective: - The SCM Executive will be responsible for managing the supply chain processes related to the bulk and commercial waste collection business. This role focuses on procurement, inventory management, vendor management, and logistics to ensure smooth operations while maintaining cost-efficiency and adherence to sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management:

- Identify, assess, and onboard vendors for waste collection, disposal, and recycling materials (e.g., trucks, waste bins, protective gear).
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible terms in terms of price, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Manage relationships with existing vendors, ensuring performance meets the company's standards.

Inventory & Logistics:

- Oversee the inventory of waste collection tools, spare parts, and consumables, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely and productive collection and transportation of waste materials to designated facilities.




- Monitor and optimize the supply chain process to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.

Cost Control & Reporting:

- Analyse supply chain costs and identify areas for cost-saving without compromising service quality.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, procurement budgets, and cost analysis for management review.

Sustainability & Compliance:

- Ensure all procurement and supply chain activities comply with the environmental standards and regulations set by local authorities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to drive sustainability initiatives, such as sourcing eco-friendly materials and reducing the environmental impact of transportation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with the Operations, Finance, and Business Development teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
- Assist in addressing supply chain challenges in customer projects, especially bulk waste handling and commercial waste management.
