Assistant Sales Manager – Tamil Speaking

- Lead and manage a team of 15–20 Relationship Managers (RMs) in an inside sales environment.

- Drive activations, trials, conversions, and overall sales performance.

- Hire, train, onboard, and coach new and existing team members.

- Conduct daily performance reviews, call audits, and provide structured feedback.

- Monitor RM productivity using CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

- Prepare performance dashboards and present reports to senior leadership.

- Work with Product and Marketing teams to improve sales performance and processes.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of sales experience, with 1+ year of team management experience.

- Experience managing inside sales / tele-sales teams.





- Native Tamil speaking ability is mandatory.

- Experience in CRM and target-driven sales environments.

- Strong sales operations, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

- Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, Slack, and PPT.

- Strong hiring, training, coaching, and team-management skills.

- Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai.

- Work: 6 days working with rotational week off; Inside Sales – No Field Sales.

- Salary: ₹4.5–₹6 LPA + Incentives + OT.

- Notice Period: Immediate or up to 15 days.
