Job Role

Sales Executive – Car Detailing

- Handle daily sales activities and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Attend showroom customers and understand their requirements.

- Explain car detailing services, packages, ceramic coating, PPF, polishing, interior cleaning, and other services.

- Generate new leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online enquiries.

- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.

- Upsell premium detailing packages and additional services.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Handle and guide the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

- Monitor Target vs Achievement.

- Develop recent B2B and corporate customer opportunities.

- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the service team.

- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
