We are hiring for an Assistant Sales Manager in Modern Retail for our Sabari Distribution, a P&G; distributor.

Responsible for handling and managing a team of employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners. The role requires effective coordination between sales, supply chain, and store-level execution to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with modern retail outlets
- Ensure proper stock availability, visibility, and merchandising in stores
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and issue resolution




- Train and support employees to improve productivity and efficiency

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG and contemporary retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and market trends

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
