Job Descripti o

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales of our specialised Textile enzymes and chemicals portfolio across Delhi NCR region of India. This role involves driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships within the textile processing se ctr.

Roles and Responsibi l ites

- Identify new business opportunities, segments, and applications to expand market sare
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue and profitability targets for the entire product portfolio (enzymes, silicones, a u xiliries)
- Identify and penetrate new accounts and textile segments (knits, wovens, denim, processing houses) within Delhi NCR Region, specifically focusing on key textil hubs




- Build and manage a strong distributor/agent network in D e lhi NC region
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and identify new product oppotunities
- Conduct regular customer visits and product trials, offering technical support and troubleshooting textil e processng issues
- Generate accurate sales forecasts, market reports, and pipeline updates weekly/monthly to the manaement team
- Work with the marketing team to support promotions, events, product l aunches, ad campaigns
- Ensure timely collections, credit management, and customersatisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, pricing structures, an dcredit conto lprocedures

Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, Textile Chemistry, or Chemica l

Engineering o a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales ortextile industry
- Strong technical understanding of textile processing (pre-treatme n t, dyeing, printng, and finishing)
- Proficiency in conducting product trials andproviding on-sitetechnical solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills alongwith strong negotiation,
