Role Description The Assistant Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula. This position is responsible for supporting client relationship activities, including assisting in onboarding new clients, maintaining regular contact, and responding to client inquiries in a timely and skilled manner. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, preparing basic financial or service-related documentation, and tracking client interactions and follow-ups.
