Department: Projects /n Designation: Assistant Manager – Projects /n Location: – Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, NCR, & Kolkata /n Reporting To: Vice President/ Senior Manager (Regional Leads) – Projects /n This role focuses on managing end-to-end delivery of commercial fit-out projects with a strong emphasis /n on MEP oversight, technical due diligence, and quality control. The candidate will coordinate with /n consultants, architects, and vendors while ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and /n budgets. The role requires effective communication, the ability to manage multiple projects /n simultaneously, and proficiency in construction management tools. /n Role &

Responsibilities: /n /n

- Conduct thorough technical due diligence for all assigned projects.

/n

- Possess strong knowledge of MEP systems and local authority approval processes.

/n

- Review all project drawings and BOQs, ensuring full ownership and accuracy.

/n

- Develop and present comprehensive project milestones and procurement plans to the business team.

/n

- Maintain high attention to detail and ensure quality installation at every construction stage, verifying adherence to approved makes and models with no deviations.

/n

- Coordinate effectively with consultants, architects, and multiple vendors from project initiation through final client handover.

/n

- Apply logical thinking, value engineering principles, and costoptimization strategies throughout the project lifecycle.





/n

- Provide constructability reviews and propose mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction phases.

/n

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining performance standards.

/n

- Support various internal teams when needed to ensure successful project delivery.

/n

- Communicate clearly and efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders.

/n

- Maintain thorough documentation, including minutes of meetings, and communicate project risks along with mitigation plans.

/n

- Utilize construction management tools and software effectively.

/n

- Travel to and oversee projects in other cities when required.

/n /n Skillset required: /n /n

- Solid working knowledge of commercial projects with a clientcentric approach.

/n

- Proven background in team management.

/n

- Excellent research capabilities and strong attention to detail.

/n

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision.

/n /n Experience (Years) required: /n /n

- 4+ years of project management experience in the workspace fit-out industry.

/n

- Preferably from a Design & Build (D&B;) or coworking space background.

/n /n Qualification: /n /n

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

/n

- Specialization in MEP preferred.

/n /n Industry Preference: /n /n
