? Position: Assistant Professor / MBA Faculty

? Employment: Full-Time | On-Campus

? Location: Multiple Locations Across Gujarat

? Specializations Required:

? Finance

? Digital Marketing

? Global Business Management

? Business Management

Key responsibility

- Deliver engaging and practical MBA lectures in the assigned specialization.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies, and industry-oriented learning content.
- Conduct classroom activities, discussions, assessments, and examinations.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and career development.
- Ensure timely completion of the curriculum and academic targets.
- Guide students in projects, presentations, internships, and industry-based assignments.
- Maintain accurate attendance, academic records, and student performance reports.




- Coordinate with the university and Arrivo academic team for smooth program delivery.
- Promote practical learning, critical thinking, and industry exposure.
- Participate in FDPs, workshops, seminars, and other academic activities.

Candidate Profile

✅ MBA / M.Com / Relevant Master’s degree in the respective specialization

✅ Teaching or relevant industry experience preferred

✅ Robust communication and presentation skills

✅ Ability to deliver practical and industry-oriented sessions
