- Manage day-to-day production and shop-floor activities.
- Plan production schedules and achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Handle manpower, productivity, quality, and production timelines.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, QC & Project teams.
- Manage CNC, carpentry, fabrication, furniture & finishing processes.
- Ensure proper execution of production drawings.
- Control material wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Implement 5S, safety, quality, and process improvement practices.
- Prepare daily production reports and resolve shop-floor issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in Furniture / Interior Manufacturing.
- Robust shop-floor and manpower management skills.
- Good knowledge of production planning and technical drawings.
