Maeon Laboratories LLP is an independent NABL accredited Polymer Testing Laboratory utilizing the ISO 17025 Laboratory Management system. With locations in Chennai, Coimbatore, and Pune, our NABL scope covers more than 1800 tests across various standards including ASTM, ISO, IS, JIS, MS, and ES. We specialize in testing a variety of polymer materials and products, such as plastic materials, rubber products, composites, foams, sponges, films, coated fabrics, adhesives, tapes, belts, sealing elements including O-rings and other rubber seals, gaskets, as well as product functional and durability tests.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Assistant Manager - Testing, located in Chennai. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily testing operations, coordinating among various departments, ensuring adherence to testing protocols, verifying test reports,



checking feasibility of customer requirements by reading test standards like ASTM/ISO/JIS etc , quotation preparation, managing project timelines, and communicating with clients for project updates.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Strong Communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination
- Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management skills
- Experience in providing Training and Education to staff
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Prior experience in a similar role within a NABL testing laboratory environment is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace
