- Sampling & Site Visits: Conduct product sampling at various construction sites to promote brand visibility and generate sales leads.

- Construction Site Branding: Engage with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors to establish product presence at construction sites.

- Sales Promotion Activities: Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and industry events to enhance market penetration.
N
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer need assessments.
N
- Field Sales Exposure: Work closely with senior sales professionals to understand client

nTechnical skills and qualification
N
n
- Min 3 plus years of experience in Tile adhesives, epoxy, grout, admixture or construction chemical range in Bangalore location
N
- BE Civil or Diploma civil qualification is mandatory.
