Responsible for developing and improving Metalworking Fluid (MWF) formulations, conducting product testing, supporting plant trials, troubleshooting customer issues, and ensuring successful commercialization of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize semi-synthetic, synthetic, and soluble MWF products.
- Conduct laboratory testing, validation, and performance evaluation.
- Drive product improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support plant trials, scale-up, and commercial production.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer application issues.
- Prepare technical documents such as TDS, MSDS, SOPs, and reports.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
Qualifications Experience:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry,
Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in RD of Metalworking Fluids or Industrial Lubricants.
Required Skills:
- Robust formulation and testing knowledge of MWF products.
- Experience in plant trials and troubleshooting.
- Good analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
