Assistant Manager – Product Growth

About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Product Growth to help take StudioIP to market and drive customer adoption, project opportunities, and commercial growth.

StudioIP is MMPL’s platform that helps companies plan, scope, source, and execute creative-service projects through verified studios and production partners, including photography, video production, design, animation, and other content-production services.

This is not a conventional digital marketing or pure sales role. You will work at the intersection of Customers × Product × Growth × Commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify relevant companies, decision-makers, and potential creative-service opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce/demo StudioIP as a solution.
- Build customer relationships and drive product registration, onboarding, project scoping, and adoption.
- Identify upcoming requirements across photography, video production, animation, design, digital content, marketing content, and related services.
- Manage the customer growth funnel from Target Customer → Conversation → Demo → Registration → Project Scoping → Bid → Project Award → Repeat Usage.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities within existing accounts and convert requirements into projects.
- Support customer outreach through email, WhatsApp, demos, webinars, case studies, reactivation, and targeted campaigns.
- Work with the StudioIP Product Team to share customer feedback, objections, feature requests, and adoption challenges.
- Maintain dashboards and track meetings, demos, registrations, projects, bids, awards, GMV, revenue, and repeat customers.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and confidence in dealing with corporate customers.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Comfortable presenting and demonstrating a digital product.
- Commercially minded with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM, dashboards, and customer data.
- Analytical mindset with an understanding of customer funnels and conversion.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
- Interest in AI, technology, and the evolving creative-services ecosystem.
