Role Overview

We are looking for a highly energetic and responsible Assistant Manager to manage day-to-day logistics operations, driver coordination, trip monitoring, and client interaction activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

- Monitor daily trips and operational activities
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and customers
- Ensure timely trip allocation and completion
- Handle operational escalations and resolve issues quickly
- Maintain operational records and reports

Driver & Vendor Coordination
- Onboard new drivers and vehicle partners
- Verify driver and vehicle documentation
- Maintain healthy relationships with fleet partners
- Track driver performance and attendance

Customer Support
- Respond to customer queries and complaints
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Reporting & Data Management




- Maintain MIS reports using Excel/Google Sheets
- Update operational dashboards and tracking systems
- Analyze trip performance and operational efficiency

Field Operations
- Visit operational locations when required
- Assist in fleet inspections and onboarding activities
- Support ground-level execution during peak operations

Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Solid coordination and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player with positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience in logistics, transport, operations preferred
- Freshers with strong learning attitude may also apply
