Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Hospitality Operations

Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field

About the Role:

Flora Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic hospitality professional to join our Cluster Operations team. The Assistant Manager – Operations will act as a key coordination link between the Group General Manager, Property Heads and HODs, supporting the smooth and effective operations of our three properties.

The role requires strong practical knowledge of Resort/Hotel Operations, Front Office, Reservations and F&B; Service, along with excellent coordination, reporting and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate day-to-day operations across three hospitality properties
- Work closely with Property Heads and HODs to monitor operational performance
- Monitor occupancy, room inventory, arrivals, departures, BOB and revenue performance
- Coordinate VIP, management and special guest arrangements
- Monitor guest feedback, complaints and service standards
- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B;, Housekeeping, Engineering and HR
- Follow up on maintenance, room readiness and operational issues
- Monitor manpower requirements and support cross-property staff deployment
- Prepare daily MIS, operational reports and management updates
- Follow up on management decisions,



meetings and action points
- Identify operational gaps and ensure timely corrective action
- Support the Group General Manager in maintaining operational excellence and guest satisfaction

Candidate Profile :

- Minimum 5 years of relevant Hospitality / Hotel / Resort Operations experience
- Hospitality experience is mandatory
- Strong practical exposure to Front Office, Reservations & F&B; Operations
- Good understanding of occupancy, revenue and room inventory management
- Strong guest-handling and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up abilities
- Strong MIS, reporting and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and properties
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Candidates with multi-property / cluster operations experience will be preferred
- Willingness to travel between properties as required
