ODD - AM • Proposed designation : Assistant Manager • Role type : Individual contributor • Reporting to : Manager / Associate Director / Director • Geo to be supported : US • Work timings : Normal Shift • Working as part of a team to deliver cost optimization, synergy assessment and value chain assessment • Setting and executing operational analysis e.g., financial & organizational baselining, functional benchmarking, financial modelling and opportunity assessment • Leveraging client data to identify cost optimization opportunities in back office, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing and other business areas • Working with large (sometimes unstructured) datasets and analyzing them to help clients assess the impact of change on their organizations • Leading complex work-streams and owning deliverables on engagements, taking responsibility for upskilling Acon/ Consultants and managing small teams when required • Producing high quality input into deliverables (usually detailed written reports)



within agreed timescales, briefing Manager / AD accordingly • Working collaboratively with onshore KPMG teams in the development of and delivery of recommendations • Actively owning as well as supporting Manager/AD in building and managing the relationship with onshore professionals • Being actively involved with onshore KPMG teams in business development activity, supporting on the development of proposals and sector insight material • Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice development • MBA / Post Graduate degree in a related field from an accredited college/university preferably with major in Finance • Solid experience (at least 5 years) in operational due diligence, cost optimization, synergy assessment, large data set analysis from a Big4 or reputed strategy firm Experience Level Mid Level
