Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts (Manufacturing)

F Lead the Finance & Accounts function and drive financial strategy.

F Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IAS.

F Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and MIS reporting.

F Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis.

F Monitor cash flow, treasury operations, working capital, and banking relationships.





F Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial governance.

F Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

F Optimize inventory valuation, cost control, and overall financial performance.

F Drive ERP optimization, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

F Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

F Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.

Preferred candidate profile

1. CA with 4-6 years of PQL & having strong experience within the Manufacturing Environment with sizeable turnover and scale of operations.

1. Strong exposure to accounting, costing, budgeting, inventory, working capital and financial controls.
2. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
3. Solid analytical and decision-making skills
4. Hands-on ERP experience is mandatory.
