Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts – India's Leading Retail Real Estate Platform– Hyderabad

Job Summary: India's leading retail real estate company is keen to hire a Qualified Chartered Accountant for the role of Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts, with 4–5 years of experience including mandatory Big 4 Audit & Assurance exposure. The role involves preparing quarterly financials under Ind AS, coordinating statutory/internal audits and tax matters, and supporting the Finance Head with MIS reporting and financial analysis.

About the company: Our client is a commercial real estate company, managing a portfolio of 10+ million square feet of Grade A retail properties across 10+ cities. They have consistently redefined the retail experience by integrating lifestyle, entertainment, and brand engagement in their developments.

Location: Hyderabad

Designation: Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Preparation of quarterly financial statements under Ind AS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Liaise with external consultants for tax audits, GST audits, income tax returns, and provide relevant data and support for notices/orders received.
- Monitor and coordinate the Statutory and Internal Audit process, ensuring timely resolution and closure of audit observations and queries.
- Ensure timely book closure in coordination with the Head – Finance and manage day-to-day financial activities of the mall.
- Support the Finance Head in operational finance activities, including MIS reporting, income reports,



budgets, estimates and financial analysis.
- Prepare and submit financial and management reports within the stipulated timelines.
- Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, internal controls and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of finance-related activities.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience with a Big 4 firm in the Audit & Assurance function, with exposure to Indian accounting and statutory practices, is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Sound understanding of Ind AS, direct taxation and indirect taxation.
- Robust analytical, financial reporting and stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Education: Qualified CA Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience

Working days: Monday to Saturday
