JJ Mithika Foods, a growing snacking business based in New Delhi, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – E-Commerce & Digital Marketing to drive our online business and digital presence.

We currently have two brands of flavoured makhana — Crunchy Makhana and SASSMI — and are expanding our presence in the D2C and e-commerce market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop sales on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit and other online marketplaces
- Plan and execute Social Media Marketing campaigns
- Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
- Handle SEO, website content and digital visibility
- Monitor digital campaigns, customer engagement and market penetration
- Develop innovative ideas for brand building and online sales
- Coordinate product listings, promotions, offers and online marketing activities
- Identify current digital opportunities and platforms for business expansion
- Take initiative in launching and promoting new products and flavours

Candidate Profile
- Graduate with relevant experience in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing / Social Media
- Preferably 1 year or more of relevant experience




- Good knowledge of Amazon, Blinkit and other e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with SEO, websites, social media management and digital campaigns
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Should be self-driven, creative, energetic and willing to take responsibility
- Most importantly, the candidate should have the initiative and entrepreneurial drive to build a growing brand

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month or higher, commensurate with experience, skills and professional ability
